A paid, fixed-scope diagnostic of your marketing as it stands. We examine the whole system, your foundation, funnel, channels, site and conversion path, measurement, and how you show up against the businesses you lose to, then hand you a prioritized roadmap: where growth is leaking, the highest-leverage moves, and the order to make them. A real deliverable with value on its own. The $2,500 is credited toward your first month if you move into a retainer.

Naming what is out is how you know the scope is real. These are handled as separate, quoted work, never quietly absorbed and never quietly billed.
Ad spend
Always paid directly to the advertising platforms, and never marked up. We manage the spend; we do not bill it through us.
Photography & shoot production costs
The shooting and the creative direction are part of what we do. The hard costs of a production, talent, models, locations, studio and equipment rental, props, and travel, are passed through at cost, the same way ad spend is.
Full website & brand-identity rebuilds
We build your funnels and conversion paths inside the retainer. A full multi-page website or a ground-up brand-identity rebuild is a separate, one-time project, scoped and quoted on its own.
PR & media relations
Outside our scope. If your growth genuinely needs it, we will tell you, and point you to people who do it well.
Third-party software & subscriptions
Your tools and licenses, the ad platforms, email system, CRM, and the rest, are billed to you directly and remain yours.

We agree on the few measures that actually matter before we start, with checkpoints at thirty, sixty, and ninety days. The firm is held to them.

After the initial term, month to month on thirty days' notice. We earn retention by continuing to deliver, not by trapping you in a contract.

What the retainer covers is specified up front. Changes are handled openly with a matching adjustment, so we are never quietly working for free and you are never quietly billed for more.
