Before you start.

How does the credit work?+
You pay $2,500 for the diagnostic. If you then move into a Done-For-You or Advisory retainer, the full $2,500 is credited against your first month's fee. If you do not continue, you keep the roadmap and owe nothing further.
What do I need to give you access to?+
The real picture lives in your data, so the diagnostic works best with access to your analytics, ad accounts, and any historical performance you have. Where your own data is thin, we gather what we can and mark plainly what cannot yet be known. We will send a short, specific list at the start.
How long does it take?+
A focused engagement measured in days to a couple of weeks, depending on how much data there is to work through and how fast access comes together. It is deliberately not a months-long study. The point is a clear, fast read you can act on.
Do I have to continue after?+
No. The roadmap is a real deliverable you own outright. Plenty of founders take it and run it themselves. The credit exists to make continuing easy, not to trap you into it.
Is this just a sales call?+
No. A sales call is free and ends in a pitch. This is paid, fixed-scope work that ends in a current-state diagnosis, a prioritized roadmap, and a sequenced plan. The work has value whether or not we ever work together again.
What if I already know my problem?+
Often the named problem is a symptom, not the cause. The diagnostic exists to confirm or correct that with data before anyone spends money executing against it. If you are right, you will have it confirmed and a sequence to fix it. If you are not, you will have found that out cheaply.
