The Local Visibility Finding
$297 · one time · no subscription
Your market is already ranked
See exactly where you stand.
The map, at 49 points
Your position at 49 real locations across your service area, not one flattering average.
The assistants, asked live
Four engines asked your category the way a customer asks it, and who they name instead.
The fix, in your order
Five protocols, sorted worst-first by what your own scan found.
No call, nothing renews. In your inbox within one business day.
What actually arrives
A diagnosis, and then the work written out.
Not a dashboard login and not a score out of 100. A set of documents, emailed to you and downloadable from your own link, built from a scan run on your business on the day you bought it.
The Finding
Your real map position, what the assistants say, and where you stand against the businesses you are actually being compared to.
The System overview
The assessment: five lanes listed worst-first, with the evidence for each ranking printed beside it, plus the index of every template.
One document per protocol
Local Ranking, Response, AEO, GEO, Backlinks — each standalone, each opening with what your scan found in that lane and the one thing to start with.
Fifty, and editable
Every copy-paste template from the five protocols in one file that opens editable in Word, Google Docs or Pages. Not a locked PDF you retype from.
A progress spreadsheet
Protocol, status, the evidence, where to start, started, done, notes. Editable in Sheets or Excel, because this is worked over weeks, not read once.
The same scan, run again
Free, automatic, and unasked for: at day 90 we re-run your scan and send an updated Finding, so you can see whether the numbers moved.
It is not the work done for you. Running all five protocols is roughly twenty hours of your own time spread over ninety days, and this page would rather say that than find out you discovered it afterwards. If your time is worth less than about $60 an hour right now, doing it yourself is the right answer. If it is not, the 90-Day Build exists for exactly that reason.
What a read looks like
Two real businesses, read on both surfaces.
From eight real businesses we scanned in July 2026, anonymized to industry and metro. Same low rank, completely different problem underneath — which is the entire reason the order of the work is set by the scan and not by a template. Verified
Owns the map, absent from every AI answer. This scan opens the assistant protocol first and puts the map work last, because the map is already won.
Visible across two-thirds of its grid and winning nowhere, because one rival owns the comparison. This scan opens on reviews and profile strength, not on more visibility.
Verified at source · Local Falcon map grid and AI answer scans · July 2026 · anonymized to industry and metro. All eight scans are here.
Why this is not a manual
Everyone can tell you what to do. Nobody can tell you what to do first.
A manual gives every business the same first chapter.
Your scan decides which chapter is first.
Two businesses at the same rank rarely have the same thing broken.
So the five protocols are not delivered in a fixed order. They are sorted worst-first by your own numbers, and each one opens with the numbers that put it there.

Would rather talk it through first? The free 25-minute call covers the same ground live, and nothing is charged on it.
Ask for the money back. No questions, no form, no argument about whether you read it properly. If it does not teach you something you can act on today, email ryan@theorymediaco.com and it is refunded.
Within one business day, and that phrase is doing real work. Scans are run in batches through the day; an order placed at midnight is scanned the following morning rather than instantly. You are told when it is running and it arrives complete, rather than trickling in.
If you would rather not do it yourself
Then you want the work, not the writeup.
The Finding is the do-it-yourself rung, and it is priced like one. Both of these start from the same scan and do the work instead of handing it to you.
Watch
Month one is this same audit, plus the first batch of completed work. Every month after: responses drafted to your real new reviews, Business Profile posts written, answer content built from your own scan, and a re-scan proving what moved. What a month includes
The 90-Day Visibility Build
Ninety days of the work executed for you, measured on a 49-point grid scanned on day one and day 90. If neither number moved, the second $1,250 is never invoiced. See how the Build works
If you buy the Finding today and subscribe to Watch later, say so at signup: month one starts from the audit you already paid for rather than running and charging for it again.
Questions
The things people ask before paying.
What exactly gets measured?
Three things, on your business, not in general. A 49-point map grid across your service area, so you see your rank at each of 49 real locations rather than one flattering average. Four AI assistants asked your category the way a customer asks it, with their answers recorded verbatim and the businesses they name. And your review position against the rivals the scan actually surfaced, not a list of competitors you supplied.
How long does it take to arrive?
Within one business day. Scans run in batches through the day, so an order placed overnight is scanned the following morning. You get everything at once when it is complete.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. Pay, and it arrives. There is a free 25-minute call if you would rather talk it through with the person who would do the work, and it is not a condition of anything on this page.
Is this different from the free check?
Substantially. The free check asks the assistants about your category and tells you whether you are named. It does not touch the map at all. The Finding adds the 49-point grid across your whole service area, your review position against named rivals, and the five protocols ordered by what all of that found worst.
What if it is not useful?
Ask for the money back and it is refunded, no questions asked. That is a commitment from the person who takes the payment, not a policy page.
Is a person reading my market?
No, and this page will not pretend otherwise. The Finding is automated end to end: the scans are real and run on your business, and the writeup is generated from them. That is exactly why it costs $297 instead of $1,750. The Local Engine is where a person reads your market and answers for the result.
Last word
You are already being ranked. You just have not seen the ranking.
Somebody in your city comes up when a customer asks, and somebody does not. That is decided today, by a map grid and four assistants, whether or not anyone measures it. $297 buys the measurement on your business and the fix in the order your own numbers put it.
Not ready to pay for a scan? Run the free check first — it is $0, takes about a minute, and it is the same question asked of the same assistants.
